We at GreenTix recognise and encourage contributions to the environment through many ways. This not only includes our internal practices, but the entire footprint of the event including the policies of the organisers and even the patrons involvement as well. Our environmental initiatives are changing. Please keep an eye on our new programs we will launch withe the launch of our new website.

We will still collect (where applicable) voluntary environmental offsets and contribute them to our new programs to be launched soon.
Sustainable Practices
The first steps in improving the environment is reducing the amount of energy used and secondly, maintaining sustainable practices. By aligning with organisations that share similar goals, the total amount of overall carbon to offset is reduced. GreenTix is dedicated to constantly improving in these two areas - lowering energy usage and improving the way we manage energy in our business practices. Our current sustainable practices include:
Green Energy - We choose Origin's 100% Government Accredited GreenPower for our offices. Visit www.origingreen.com.au Origin's 100% Government accredited GreenPower products have been rated number 1 in consecutive years by Green Electricity Watch, an independent resource supported by the Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF), World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and The Environment Centre (TEC). Transport - Our full time staff use public transportation and any additionally required onsite travel for events is completely offset through the purchase of carbon credits.
Ticket Stock - Not only are our tickets great to look at, but the paper used is "tree-free" 100% recycled content and soy inks.
Invoices and Envelopes - All orders we send out include invoices and envelopes that use from 100% recycled paper.
