What is the setup fee?
There is no setup fee to use the GreenTix engine.

What is the charge to the ticket buyer?
The booking fee is based on the ticket price.

What is the transaction fee to event patrons?
There is no transaction fee.

What is the charge to the ticket seller?
For our basic features, there is no cost to the ticket seller at all. For pricing and advanced options, please consult a support specialist on 1300 369 882.

How are transactions managed and reported?
Transactions are securely managed through the GreenTix engine, a Unix-based application service provider. All data is available in real-time via password protected administrative web pages. Custom reports can be generated and aggregate data is updated daily. You have access to all customer data and can even send bulk, web-rich emails via this system to existing customers.

How do the customers get their tickets?
There are many ways for customers to receive their tickets purchased through GreenTix. We offer you these options so you can fit a solution that best suits your event(s). You choose how you want your customers to receive their tickets: door list, secure bar-coded tickets or print at home. For more information, please click here.

How is GreenTix looking out for the environment?
GreenTix is eco-conscious in many aspects but specifically unique is our ticket stock. If you choose to use our tickets, you will be using secure stock that is printed on a combination of hemp, flax and post consumer paper content. For more information, please click here.

How are the funds from ticket sales credited to our banking institution?
Funds are released via electronic funds transfer 3-5 business days following an event.

Are purchasers notified online that their order is received and verified?
Yes, customers' credit cards are instantly authorised and the customer is given a confirmation number on screen. In addition, a payment confirmation email is automatically set to the patron as well as notification when their tickets are posted.

How are we notified?
The primary way for monitoring your sales is to log into your password protected account administration log-in. Here you can see order totals, summaries by day, detailed customer information and print your Box Office/E-Ticket list. In addition, you can manage your VIP/comp list on line.

How long do we need to commit to using the service?
There is no minimum term length with GreenTix

Is our database owned by us?
The physical database resides on the GreenTix server and you have access to all data through your online tools. We only use customer information to process transactions and manage customer support - you have full ownership of your customer data. You may use the customer information as you see fit and in accordance with our privacy policy.

How do we protect our database?
Access to your event information is protected by an encrypted password/user name combination that only you have access to along with our customer support team. While you are browsing this information online, we use 128-bit encryption to protect other web users from viewing your sensitive account data.

We can customise packages to serve all your ticketing needs for your event.
